Here is the new edition of my spot on Comcast Local Edition, which will begin running in February. In this episode I talk about one of my pieces of legislation, which would ban municipal authorities from being able to put people in jail for failing to pay their sewage bills. It’s a shame we even have to be discussing ways to outlaw debtors’ prisons in the 21st century.

That is a shame. I read that in the paper. Is there any update on our sewage project in Cecil? I was at the meeting you spoke at about two months ago and I did not heard anything since. Hopefully you will help us get some money back from the outrageous fees we paid. What a shame about these municipality authorities. Thank you for listening, Ann
